Most recent FTTP builds will offer a 1 stage order type, which means its a 1 step install process due to the simplicity of the new network build.
Previously, where network builds were slightly different, a KCI2 Assure order type is given, meaning its an unproven route and will need a second stage to determine if its possible to install. This will determine additional works & costs.
18.3 KCI overview � Fulfilment
KCIs indicate key milestones during the progression of a WBC order. The following KCIs are supported:
� KCI1 = Acknowledged - an order line is being progressed.
� KCI2 = Committed - a CPD has been calculated
� KCI3 = Completed - an order line has been fulfilled.
